Compensation for Editorially Managed Channel Writers is
provided in the following ways:

Upfront Article Payments: payments for content offered when
it is published. |

Revenue Sharing Payments: calculated and paid on a per article
basis from number of page views and site revenue per thousand page
views (RPM) for the life of articles. In editorially managed
channels, Bright Hub’s average RPM is $3.00 – meaning that if you
generate 30,000 page views, you’re paid $72.00 in revenue sharing payments. |

| Community Channel Writers |

Writers for community channels demonstrate primary

Compensation for community channel writers is provided in the form of:
